On Etsy, in our shop BrickWorksUS. This site is the catalogue and the story behind it. Checkout, payment, and order messages all happen on Etsy under their policies, and every product page here links straight to the matching listing.

Fast. About 90% of orders are dropped at the post office within 24 hours of purchase, and it is almost never more than 48.

Free shipping goes out as USPS Ground Advantage, tracked, and usually arrives in two to five business days. You get the tracking number through Etsy as soon as the label is scanned.

The United States only, for now.

Returns run through Etsy, under the policy shown on the listing you bought from. That listing is the place to check what applies to your order, since it is the version you agreed to at checkout.

Message us and describe the piece or pieces. We send replacements when we have them, and when we do not, we refund the proportional share of what you paid. Etsy messages are fastest for a live order, or email brickworksteam@gmail.com.

As a kit. Your set ships in pieces with digital instructions, so whoever opens the box gets to build it. Nothing here is shipped assembled or display ready. Most of these are bought as gifts, and the building is the gift.

Yes. We design our own digital instructions for every set. A QR code is usually tucked in with the physical set, and we can also message you the link directly.

Every set is made with 100% authentic, new LEGO® bricks, and we inspect them for quality before they ship. The pieces travel loose alongside each other, so very minor surface scuffs are possible. That comes with a kit of loose parts.

Not yet. Every set ships with the minifigure shown in its photos. A picker for Hair, Head, Torso and Legs is planned, but it is not orderable today, and there is no separate skin tone, face style, or accessory picker. If you want a specific variation, ask in an Etsy message before ordering and we will tell you whether it is possible.

Ask us. New scenes get designed one at a time, and requests are what decide the order they get made in. Tell us what you do and we will say whether we can build it.

No. BrickWorks is a small group of people who love LEGO® bricks. Every product is built exclusively with LEGO® bricks, and we have no official affiliation with the LEGO Group. We do not claim one.

These sets contain small parts, which are a choking hazard for young children. We do not sell them as toys for toddlers. Older builders are the audience, with an adult around for the fiddly bits.

Almost nothing. No cart, no accounts, no cookies, no analytics scripts. The one thing recorded is an anonymous count of QR-code scans from packaging inserts. The privacy policy spells out every field.
